PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

1) THE REGULATION
On the subject of privacy, in addition to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30/06/2003, Personal Data Protection Code, as of May 25, 2018, the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data was implemented. The Regulation introduces clearer rules on information and consent, defines limits to automated processing of personal data, sets the basis for exercising new rights, and establishes strict criteria for data transfer outside the EU and for cases of breaches personal data.

In the case of consent to processing for marketing purposes, the data you provide may also be merged and combined with the following categories of data legitimately drawn from other sources:

4) PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The personal information given to Andreia Srl is intended for the following purposes:
a) purposes, including administrative-accounting, strictly related and instrumental to the execution of the order given by you;
b) Sending questionnaires to evaluate customer satisfaction and for research on the quality and development of products and services both by automated means (email, text message, etc.) and by traditional means (telephone call or traditional postal service);
c) internal reporting purposes for better business management and improvement of the products and services offered;

5) NATURE (MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL) OF DATA PROVISION
Providing Andreia Srl with your personal data is optional.
However, the lack of data necessary for the purpose of fulfilling legal, pre-contractual and contractual obligations, determines the impossibility of proceeding with the proper execution of your order or request.
6) PROFILING
When we direct marketing activities to you, our goal is to send you advertising, promotional initiatives and offers that are or may be of interest to you. Your personal data for the purpose of advertising marketing on products and/or services of Andreia Srl allows us to create a profile of you in order to analyze, follow and anticipate your preferences and interests for our products and services. Similarly, your data, together with that of our other Clients, through extrapolation, profiling to scale and the use of intelligent algorithms, enable us to better understand the use and success of our products and services and to improve them for the benefit of our customers.

7) RECIPIENTS
Your data may be communicated to employees and collaborators of Andreia Srl, as data processors, and to other third parties responsible for processing or autonomous data controllers (professionals and/or external companies for the provision of assistance, certification, consultation, control, marketing, data processing, IT services, for the press, for call-center management, specialized in market research or commercial information and mailing, etc.) Your data may also be shared with third parties only where required by law or as a result of a judicial or administrative decision.
8) DATA TRANSFER
Your personal data is stored on servers within the European Union (EU) where European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 applies. Andreia Srl also uses technology platforms that comply with the so-called Privacy Shield, the agreement that regulates the transfer of data between the European Union and the U.S.A. and protects the fundamental rights of individuals in the EU whose personal data is transferred to the U.S.A. and establishes certain rules for companies that make data transfers to the U.S.A. In this regard, in its decision of July 12, 2016, the European Commission found that the Privacy Shield offers an adequate level of protection for personal data and therefore the Shield constitutes a source of legal guarantees with regard to the data transfers in question. It may be the case that some of our suppliers, partners or professionals may be located outside the EU and your data may be processed in countries outside the EU, some of which may have data protection regulations that do not meet EU standards. In such cases, it will be our responsibility to ensure that such a transfer is done in compliance with European privacy regulations, implementing safeguards and precautions for the protection of your data on a par with those of the EU. 9) DATA STORAGE
Your personal data will be kept for:
- 5 years after you complete a form to receive marketing, advertising, and informative material about courses, services, and digital products of Andreia Srl;
- 10 years from when a service is purchased for the purposes of advertising marketing on products and/or services of Andreia Srl;
- 10 years from when goods or a service is purchased for rights protection purposes (g. the obligation of keeping accounts records) related to the purchase.
With reference to the above points, Andreia Srl has a legitimate interest in knowing the preferences of its customers in order to better customize its offers and to propose products and services that better meet the needs and desires of its customers. In this case, you, as a data subject, may at any time exercise your rights as laid out in the following paragraph.
10) YOUR RIGHTS
In accordance with the Regulations, you have the status of ‘Interested Party’ and you are entitled to the rights provided for in Article 15 et seq. of the Regulations and therefore you may, first of all, obtain confirmation as to whether or not a data processing operation is being carried out concerning you and if so, obtain access to your data and information on the activities you have carried out with Andreia Srl.
You have the right to request the rectification or deletion of your data or the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You may oppose the processing of your data or revoke your consent at any time. You will also be able to request the transfer of your data in electronic format to yourself or to third parties.

Andreia srl may disseminate a newsletter service to users who have authorized it by signing up for the service or filling out a registration or information request form or filling out a form to download documentation on the site.
Through the Newsletter service we will send you useful information and materials related to our services, programs and content.
As set out in the previous paragraph, we consider consent to be expressed when, at the time of requesting the data, Andreia S.r.l. duly informs the user about the possibility of sending Newsletters and the user has not objected.
